SHIPPING and DELIVERY

• How much does shipping cost?
  Shipping to anywhere in Italy is FREE for orders of €25 or more (via SDA courier). The delivery charge for orders below €25 is €6!
  
  
• When will the order be despatched?
  IMMEDIATELY. Orders are processed on the day (business days) so parcels are generally collected by the courier within 24 hours from the receipt of payment.  
  
  
• What are the delivery times?
  QUICK. The average delivery time is 24 hours for almost every part of Italy and 48 hours for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia.
  
  
• What happens if the courier comes when I am not at home?
  No problem. If there is no one at home, the courier will leave a card and will try to deliver the parcel again on the next business day.
  We recommend using an address where there is always someone to receive the parcel (work place, your parents’ house, etc.).
  
  
• Can the courier ring to say he’s on the way?
  Notice of delivery is not available, as the courier charges extra for it.
  
  
• Can I track my order?
  Of course. After you have placed the order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code and the link to the courier’s web site, so you can check every step of your parcel’s progress.
  
  
• Do you deliver outside Italy?
  Generally we do, but it depends on the country of destination. Costs and services depend on the weight/size of the parcel and the country of destination. Please contact us and we will be pleased to provide you with a quote.
