The answers to frequently asked questions

• “If I order today, when will I receive my order?”
  Orders are processed on a daily basis. If you place your order in the morning it can be despatched on the day and delivered the day after (two days after if shipping to Calabria, Sicily or Sardinia).
  If you place the order in the afternoon, your parcel will be prepared and despatched the day after (and delivered the day after that).
  
  For orders from the rest of the world the timing varies from 24 hours for Europe and North America to 48/72 hours for Central and South America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
