Submitting an order confirmation means the purchaser is fully acquainted with these General Conditions of Sale and accepts them unconditionally.


The prices shown in the web site are VAT included in the case of private buyers. VAT is not included if the page is displayed to retailers. 
Prices may be subject to small changes without notice. This is linked to fluctuations in the prices of the raw materials.


Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, via the Internet (online). 

The products, available as shown and described online, are bought by customers at the price shown. Before confirming the order, customers will be shown the price of individual items, the total cost if more than one item is bought, and the related shipping costs. 
The price is confirmed when the order confirmation is submitted.
Customers placing an order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the process, a communication of order confirmation, or an e-mail, with the order number.
If, after the order has been submitted, the order number is not displayed within a few minutes, either the e-mail address provided is incorrect or there has been an error in the ordering phase. In this case the order has not been accepted.


Online orders can be paid in one of the ways below:

- with credit cards of various kinds via the PayPal secure service
- via Advance Bank Transfer

In this case, customers must use the order number as payment reference (the number can be found in the confirmation e-mail).
Customers who wish to pay via bank transfer must pay in full no later than 15 days from the day they place the order. At the end of that period, if no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled and considered void.


The issue of sale documents for goods sold via mail order is not mandatory according to art. 12, paragraph 1, of Law no. 413 of 30 December 1991, as amended by art. 1, paragraph 20, of the Decree of the Ministry of Finance issued on 21/12/1992, published in the G.U. [Official Gazette] issue no. 300, 22/12/1992.


The orders of listed items are normally shipped via courier (UPS) within 1-2 days (Mondays to Fridays) of receiving payment. 

Shipping to anywhere in Italy is FREE for orders of €25 or more. The delivery charge for orders below €25 is €6.

Delivery times are generally within 48/72 hours from payment.
For international deliveries the costs depend on the weight/size of the parcel and the country of destination. Please contact us and we will be pleased to provide you with a quote.
We recommend using an address where there is always someone to receive the parcel (work place, your parents’ house, etc.).
Couriers do not notify by phone before delivering. 
If there is no one to take the parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card with the time of attempted delivery and the shipping number.
Tracking your order: monitor the progress of your orders by connecting to the SDA CORRIERE NAZIONALE web site and see where your ordered products are. Connect to 
www.sda.it, go to the TRACK MY ORDER section and enter the code from the shipping confirmation e-mail sent by the courier when your parcel was collected.


LR Company Srl declines all responsibility for damage or loss (direct and/or indirect) deriving from the sale of the goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the web site, and for any other event that cannot be directly attributed to LR Company Srl. 


When the goods are delivered, customers must check the items are undamaged and correspond (qualitatively and quantitatively) to the order placed.  Even if the packaging is unopened, the goods must be checked no later than 10 days from the day they are received.


Pursuant to art. 64 and following articles of Lgs.D. 206/2005, (Consumer Code), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a physical person buying the goods for purposes not connected to his/her professional activity) he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. Any concealed anomalies must be notified via registered letter.  Customers are fully responsible for everything they declare in the letter. To exercise the right to withdraw, customers must send a registered letter with advice of receipt, stating their intention to withdraw, no later than 10 business days from the day they receive the goods.

 The right to withdraw is void if LR Company Srl finds that:

1. The item has been used (including partial use)
2. The external package and/or the original internal packaging is missing
3. Integrating elements in the product are missing
4. The product has been damaged for causes that are not transport


Information note on the protection of personal data

According to the law, please be aware that Law no. 675/96 guarantees that personal data is processed respecting the rights, the fundamental freedoms and the dignity of physical persons, with particular care for the confidentiality of personal identity. We will process our customers’ data lawfully and fairly, protecting their rights and confidentiality. Our customers’ data will NOT be disclosed.
The purpose of processing our customers’ data is to proceed with executing the contract. If required for the execution of the contract, we will provide the carrier with the customer’s details and, if required, supply them to the bank dealing with payment for the goods. Providing the personal data is mandatory because it is required to execute the sales contract. In no case will we use the information we have for purposes that are not the ones listed above. 
With regard to data processing, the rights listed in article 13 of Law 675/96 can be exercised contacting the competent subjects.

Discounts can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total. They cannot be combined.
Some activities carried out by customers or web site users may soon be rewarded with discount vouchers.
