- How much does shipping cost?
Throughout Italy shipping is FREE on all orders of at least €25 (with SDA express courier); for smaller orders the cost is 6 euros! - When do you ship the order?
STRAIGHT AWAY: orders are processed daily (working days), so shipments generally leave within 24 hours of payment being received. - What are the delivery times?
FAST: average delivery times are 24 hours for almost all of Italy and 48 hours for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia from the time of dispatch. - What happens if the courier arrives and I'm not at home?
No problem: if the courier finds no one, they leave a note of the attempted delivery and try again the next working day.
We recommend giving an address where someone is always present (office, parents' home, etc.). - Can the courier phone to announce the delivery?
The delivery notice is not available, as it is a courier service at an extra charge. - Can I track the shipment?
Certainly: after the order you will be sent the tracking codes by e-mail and the link to the courier's website to follow the shipment step by step.
For shipments of orders under €16 the tracking service is not available. - Do you ship abroad?
Generally yes, but it depends on the destination country. Costs and services depend on the weight/volume of the parcel and on the destination: contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote.
