The General Conditions listed below concern the purchase of products carried out at a distance via an online network on the website www.wondercompany.it.
Submitting the order confirmation implies, on the customer's part, full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their complete acceptance.
Prices
The prices shown on the site are displayed with VAT included for private buyers, while VAT is excluded in the view for resellers.
Prices may be subject to slight changes without notice, linked to fluctuations in the cost of raw materials.
Purchases
Orders are accepted solely and exclusively in written form via the Internet (online).
The purchase of the products, available as illustrated and described online, is made by the customer at the price indicated. Before the purchase is confirmed, the customer will be given a summary of the unit cost of each chosen product, the total cost in the case of purchasing several products and the related shipping charges.
The price is to be confirmed at the time the order confirmation is submitted.
The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation that the order has been placed, or by e-mail, with the relevant order number.
In the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), this will mean that an incorrect e-mail address was entered, or that an error occurred during the order process. In this case the order is not accepted.
Payments
For online purchases you need to choose your preferred payment method:
- by credit card of various types through the secure MultiSafepay service (also accepts Postepay cards)
- by PayPal
- by advance bank transfer
- by Amazon Pay and many other online systems

In this last case the customer must take care to state, in the transfer reference, the order number contained in the confirmation e-mail.
The customer who selects payment by bank transfer has a maximum of 15 days to make the payment; if the payment is not received within this term the order will be cancelled and deemed void.
Tax receipts
Sale of goods by mail order not subject to the obligation to issue documentation set out by art. 12 paragraph 1 of Italian Law no. 413 of 30 December 1991, as amended by art. 1 paragraph 20 of the Ministry of Finance Decree of 21/12/1992 published in the Official Gazette no. 300 of 22/12/1992.
Delivery
Orders for catalogue products are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of receipt of payment by SDA courier (Italy), UPS (abroad) and Air Enterprise for Milan and its province.
Delivery charges throughout Italy are FREE on all orders of at least €25; for smaller orders the shipping cost is 6 euros.
Delivery times are about 24/48 hours from payment of the order.
For shipments ABROAD the rate depends on the weight/volume of the parcel and the country of destination: proceed with the purchase up to the courier selection to find out the price for your country.
As a guide, for most EU countries the shipping cost is €6; for Switzerland and other non-EU countries with air shipping the cost varies (from 9 euros upwards).
We recommend giving an address where someone is always present (office, or parents' home).
The courier does not phone ahead before making the delivery.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice stating the time of the visit and the shipment number.
Order tracking: keep an eye on the shipment of your orders, go to the SDA NATIONAL COURIER website and check where the ordered products are. Go to www.sda.it, go to the SHIPMENT TRACKING section and enter the code attached to the shipping confirmation e-mail sent as soon as the courier takes charge of the shipment.
Liability
Wonder Company srl is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Wonder Company srl.
Risk and ownership
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the correspondence in quantity and quality with what was ordered. Even where the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 10 days of receipt.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity) they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing by registered letter. For every declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. To exercise this right, the customer must send, by registered letter with return receipt, a communication to this effect within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal lapses in cases where Wonder Company srl ascertains:
1. Even partial use of the item (for hygiene reasons, as these are cosmetic products)
2. The absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
3. The absence of integral elements of the product
4. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
Privacy policy
Information on the protection of personal data

In accordance with the law, please note that Law no. 675/96 ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of natural persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. We will process our customers' data lawfully and fairly, protecting their rights and confidentiality. Our customers' data will NOT be disclosed.
The purpose of processing customers' data is to carry out the contract. Where necessary for the performance of the contract, we will transmit the customer's data to the shipping company and, if required, to the bank responsible for following the stages relating to payment for the goods. The provision of data is mandatory as it is necessary to carry out the sales contract. In any case we will not use the information in our possession for purposes other than those stated above.
In relation to the processing of data, the rights provided for by art. 13 of Law 675/96 may be exercised at the competent offices.

Coupons and discount codes
Wonder Company, on the occasion of promotions linked to particular events, advertising campaigns and customer incentives, may issue Discount Coupons to be used for online purchases.
These coupons can be used during the order data entry stage, in the section dedicated to the available payment types, by entering the coupon code in the appropriate field.
Discounts may be of a fixed value or a percentage of the entire order and cannot be combined with one another.
In future, certain activities by customers and site users may be rewarded with a discount coupon.
Accessibility statement
Pursuant to Art. 14 of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022, Wonder Company S.r.l. has assessed the accessibility requirements of this site.
