As a moisturiser
Apply after a shower (lukewarm water is always recommended after sun exposure, as excessive heat damages the epidermal layer) all over the body, spreading gently.

As a face/body mask or wrap
Apply a suitable amount to the areas most affected by sun exposure.
Spread gently, avoiding massage, and let it absorb naturally.

For best results
It is during the night-time hours that a tan sets the most. To preserve and extend its life, while also repairing any damage from excessive exposure, apply the after-sun just before going to bed.
